Service Description

Meditation can slow us down enough to become mindful of our thoughts and actions in such a way that we become the witness. That way, we can fully embrace each moment with a clarity and presence that is healing, awakening, and real. Anytime we set the intention to meditate, matched with the action of meditating, we are doing it. It is our capacity to hold space for whatever arises to be exactly what is needed to arise in that particular session. It is our allowing of our human condition to coexist with our spiritual nature as being exactly what it is meant to be in that moment. My guided meditation sessions include meditation music and receptive music therapy, guided imagery, relaxation, some form of meditative practice and mindfulness, and journaling. We will focus on your needs whether it is working through chakras, past life regression, etc. Session will be 20-30 minutes along with intuitive messages and discovery afterwards. Meditation may significantly reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, and enhance peace, perception, self-concept, and well-being. Meditation also can have health (psychological, neurological, and cardiovascular) benefits and other effects.
