SOUL CIRCLE - Healing Through the Crown Chakra

The mission of Muva Nature Healing’s Soul CIrcle is to create a culturally open, socially-safe sacred sisterhood to weave the physical, emotional, relational, creative, psychological and spiritual in various aspects. The pillar is supportive, nurturing and empowering sisterhood that women can lean on.

Our themes will differ each meeting to allow us to explore and empower ourselves through deep transformative work in a intimate and sacred setting of love, gratitude and sisterhood engagement. Muva Cam will guide the flow of the energy of the circle through conscious self care, meditation practice, inner awareness work, discuss, share, synchronize and centering ourselves.

Dec 17 - Solar Plexus (please wear yellow)

Jan 7 - Heart Chakra (please wear green)

Jan 21 - Throat Chakra (please wear blue)

Feb 4- Third Eye Chakra (please wear violet)

Feb 18 - Crown Chakra (please wear purple)

Mar 4 - Kundalini Energy (please wear all white)
