Muvahood Sacred Circle: Heart Chakra

Discover/connect with other Queens to embrace the divine feminine, reframe your relationship with your body, heal your mind, open self to greater energy and to higher power, learn to forgive and let go, clarify vision and find out more about SELF to manifest your best life.

The mission of Queendom Soul CIrcle is to create a culturally open, socially-safe sacred sisterhood to weave the physical, emotional, relational, creative, psychological and spiritual in various aspects. The pillar is supportive, nurturing and empowering sisterhood that women can lean on.

Our themes will differ each meeting to allow us to explore and empower ourselves through deep transformative work in a intimate and sacred setting of love, gratitude and sisterhood engagement. Muva Cam will guide the flow of the energy of the circle through conscious self care, meditation practice, inner awareness work, discuss, share, synchronize and centering ourselves.

October 2nd - Root Chakra (please wear red)

October 9th - Sacral Chakra (please wear orange)

October 16th - Solar Plexus (please wear yellow)

October 23rd - Heart Chakra (please wear green)

October 30th - Throat Chakra (please wear blue)

November 6th - Third Eye Chakra (please wear violet)

November 13th - Crown Chakra (please wear purple)

November 20th - Kundalini Energy (please wear all white)

Please bring one item to bring to set on altar which could be something from the four elements, nature, and the sacred feminine. Art, tarot, books, connected to the theme can also be added. Please wear something comfortable as we will be sitting in circle and there will be movements. Since we are focusing on Chakra healing, please wear color of chakra. You are free to bring sound bowls, instruments, or whatever your intution guides you to bring to add to the circle

Timeline - Spirit led so start times may shift during event.

Invocation - cleansing with sage, water, altar building

Movement - drumming music, song

Introduction - sharing objects brought for altar and something personal/symbolic connected to it

Transformative Body - There will be handouts on Chakra focus, we will do a Guided Meditation, an Embodied Activity like creative art or movement, and exploration of self

Conscious Closing - Reflection to bring our energies back together and letting go
