About the Event
During this special class, we will use sound as a tool to help mom and baby find their place of stillness and help you both connect. Make yourself comfortable on Yoga trapeze with Iliana from Level Up Trapeze as Muva Cam uses singing bowls and other instruments to create a relaxing frequency. This will be a judgement free zone. A safe container where mothers are encouraged to release their inhibitions, relax & receive.
